Here at Dog Mom Sweetie, we care a great deal about customer service, and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return your item for any reason you may do so within 30 days of the original purchase date for a store credit.
What If My Item Is Defective, Misprinted Or Not What I Ordered?
You will be covered by our Quality Assurance Guarantee.
If you receive an item that doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, either from a flaw in printing, physical damage or if you received the wrong order, we will replace it immediately at no cost or hassle to you. How Do I Start A Return?
To start a return, simply:
- Notify us by sending an email to our Customer Care Team at support@dogmomsweetie.com with “Return” in the subject line. Include your name, email, purchase date, reason for return and a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns received without notifying us first will not be accepted.
- We will respond to your return request within 1 business day and will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us and complete the return.
- If you receive a defective, misprinted or wrong item, please visit our Quality Assurance Guarantee page and follow those instructions.
