ORDERS
How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?
Processing Time
We make every effort to ship your order in a fast and efficient manner. Usually, it takes 2-7 days to process an order, after which it’s shipped out.
Shipping Time
The shipping time varies on location and time of year but on average takes 2-7 business days.
Keep in mind, these time frames are just our best estimates and might be a little quicker or a tad longer than stated. All orders ship with a tracking number so you can stay up to date with shipping information.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Why Isn’t My Tracking Information Updating?
It may take up to 48 hours after shipping for tracking info to update. If your order shipped in multiple packages, each shipment will have tracking information.
Can I Cancel My Order?
To get your products delivered quickly, orders are sent to printing immediately upon purchase; therefore, we are not able to offer cancellations. If you have any questions about your order's production or turnaround time reach out to us HERE.
Only One Of My Items Arrived In The Mail, Where’s The Rest?
For orders with multiple items, they may ship in separate packages and may arrive on different dates. If this is the case, you are not charged for additional shipping. You will receive tracking for any additional shipments.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping typically takes 2-7 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on demand, but we’ll always work to get your items to you as quickly as possible!

We currently ship to the United States.
Do You Ship To PO Boxes?
We do not ship to PO boxes.
How Do I Qualify For Free Shipping?
We’re proud to offer FREE shipping for orders totaling $75 or more. It’s our way of saying thank you for shopping with us!
How Much Is Shipping For Orders Under $75?
For orders under $75, we offer a low flat-rate shipping fee of just $5.75. This ensures you get your items delivered affordably without any surprises at checkout!
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
We offer standard ground shipping.
RETURNS
Do You Offer Returns Or Exchanges?
Yes! While we do not offer cash refunds or exchanges, we’re happy to provide store credit for returns through our Store Credit Return Policy. If you're not fully satisfied with your custom-made product, you can return it within 30 days for store credit. This allows you to choose a different product that better suits your needs or style.
How Long Do I Have To Return My Purchase?
You must return your item within 30 days of the original purchase date.
What If I Want A Different Size Or Color?
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item for store credit and then place a new order for the size or color you need. Simply email us at support@dogmomsweetie.com, and we’ll provide return instructions!
What Items Are Eligible For A Return?
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- Clean and free from excessive dog hair and smoke odor
- In its original condition and packaging
❌ Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
What If My Item Is Defective, Misprinted Or Not What I Ordered?
You’re covered by our Quality Assurance Guarantee!
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no additional cost to you—no restocking fees and no return shipping charges.

Who Pays For The Return Shipping?
You’re responsible for the cost of return shipping. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit total. Please note, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
How Do I Start A Return?
1. Email Us: at support@dogmomsweetie.com with “Return” in the subject line. Include:
- Your name and email
- Purchase date
- Reason for return
- Receipt or proof of purchase
2. Wait For Instructions: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Follow Instructions: Once you’ve received our return instructions, follow them to complete the return process.

What Happens When You Receive My Return?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, we’ll issue your store credit.
- If not approved, we’ll notify you, and no credit will be issued.
When Will I Receive My Store Credit/Gift Card?
Your store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and emailed to you within 3 business days after we receive your return. This gift card can be used on any future purchase at Dog Mom Sweetie.
How Do I Use My Store Credit/Gift Card?
To use your store credit gift card, follow these steps:
- Open the email containing your store credit gift card code.
- During checkout, enter the gift card code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field.
- Click "Apply," and your total will update accordingly.

I’m Between Sizes, What Should I Do?
If you don't know what size to order or if you think you're in between sizes, it's always a safe bet to go a size up. It's much easier to work with a garment that's slightly bigger than one that's too small.
