How Do I Request A Free Replacement?

2. Include:

  • Your name and email
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for replacement
  • Photo proof of the issue
  • Receipt or proof of purchase

3. Wait for further instructions. You may or may not need to return the item.

We’ll review your request within 1 business day. Approved claims will be replaced immediately at no cost to you.

How Long Do I Have To Request A Replacement?

Please inspect your items upon arrival and notify us within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a free replacement.

Do I Have To Mail Back The Items To Receive A Free Replacement?
