Once your order is processed, shipping will take an additional 2-7 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary based on time of year and location.

Total Time For Order To Arrive:

Your order should arrive within 4-14 business days. On average, most orders arrive within 8 business days.

Multiple Orders:

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Each item will be shipped as it becomes available.

Inspect Upon Receipt: 

Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, click HERE, and we’ll make it right. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Dog Mom Sweetie is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping company to file a claim.

• Flat-Rate Shipping: only $5.75 for orders under $75
