Do You Offer Returns Or Exchanges?
Yes! While we do not offer cash refunds or exchanges, we’re happy to provide store credit for returns through our Store Credit Return Policy. If you're not fully satisfied with your custom-made product, you can return it within 30 days for store credit. This allows you to choose a different product that better suits your needs or style.
How Long Do I Have To Return My Purchase?
You must return your item within 30 days of the original purchase date.
What If I Want A Different Size Or Color?
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item for store credit and then place a new order for the size or color you need. Simply email us at support@dogmomsweetie.com, and we’ll provide return instructions!
What Items Are Eligible For A Return?
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- Clean and free from excessive dog hair and smoke odor
- In its original condition and packaging

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no additional cost to you—no restocking fees and no return shipping charges.

Who Pays For The Return Shipping?
You’re responsible for the cost of return shipping. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit total. Please note, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
How Do I Start A Return?
1. Email Us: at support@dogmomsweetie.com with “Return” in the subject line. Include:
- Your name and email
- Purchase date
- Reason for return
- Receipt or proof of purchase
2. Wait For Instructions: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Follow Instructions: Once you’ve received our return instructions, follow them to complete the return process.

What Happens When You Receive My Return?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

When Will I Receive My Store Credit/Gift Card?
Your store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and emailed to you within 3 business days after we receive your return. This gift card can be used on any future purchase at Dog Mom Sweetie.
How Do I Use My Store Credit/Gift Card?
To use your store credit gift card, follow these steps:
- Open the email containing your store credit gift card code.
- During checkout, enter the gift card code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field.
- Click "Apply," and your total will update accordingly.
